Purdue University and GeChi Compound Semiconductor Co. (GCCS) have entered a five-year collaboration to accelerate the commercialization of silicon carbide (SiC) technology, addressing critical thermal and power bottlenecks in global AI infrastructure. This strategic partnership combines GCCS's expe
