Semiconductor test equipment maker Techwing announced on June 17 that it has secured an order for its Cube Prober system from SK hynix.
The contract marks the company's first commercial supply agreement since passing SK hynix's qualification testing in March. Techwing did not disclose the value or volume of the order.
